China prepares to roll out QDII2 outbound investment programme

In another dramatic liberalisation move, China is set to relax its grip on Chinese capital going overseas with the introduction of an expanded QDII (Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor) programme that allows Chinese individual investors to make outbound investments.


The QDII2 programme will allow qualified domestic investors to bypass QDII managers such as domestic commercial banks, securities…. more
