New Greek Budget Plan Falls Short of Last Week’s Pledge
(Bloomberg) Greece’s latest budget proposals fall short of the targets Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras agreed on with creditors last week, according to an EU official.
Tsipras had settled on goals for Greece’s primary budget surplus with the European Commission and creditor institutions last Wednesday night, said the official, who asked not to be named because the discussions were private.
